About Me

I’m Magnus Schütz (@schutzfit) – dad, engineer, athletics coach, strength junkie. Since 2013 I’ve coached people through no‑excuse, functional training that’s simple, effective and realistic.

Today my focus is clear: help busy dads 30–50 get lean, strong and energized without living in the gym or counting every calorie.
