Hi, I’m Aggie, a single working mom and the person behind Screens Down. Connection Up.

I created this space for working moms who want more connection with their kids, but don’t always have the time, energy or patience for elaborate activities and perfect routines.

I believe connection can happen in small, ordinary moments — at the dinner table, on the sofa, in the car, or during that slightly chaotic part of the day when everyone is tired.

Everything I create is designed to make those moments easier: practical, realistic ideas you can actually use when you don’t have much left to give.

No pressure. No perfect parenting. Just simple ways to have a little more fun, talk a little more, and feel a little closer.
