I have been knitting since a little girl - my fondest memories are my mum sitting with me showing me how to hold the wool and needles, seemed tricky then.. As I got older I worked for some fashion designers knitting up their patterns for shows and things. I have designed many things over the years as I love knitting and trying new things. The name Season Knits came about from friends who were commenting on what I was doing at the time, it always seemed to be a seasonal knit. A very good friend persuaded me to join Craftsy and share my patterns. I am trying to make patterns easy to read for beginners yet interesting for the more experienced. I love textured knits they look so interesting and cosy, my favourite stitch is the waffle stitch and my little loops cardigan, it just looks so squishy and soft.
