This Digital Product and Refund Policy applies to digital products sold by Second Engine Holdings, a DBA of SOB Endeavors, LLC.

Immediate Digital Delivery

CapitalTurn and other downloadable products are normally made available immediately after successful payment through Payhip's download system.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, compatibility requirements and included materials before purchasing.

General Refund Policy

Because downloadable digital products are delivered immediately and cannot practically be returned once access has been provided, digital product purchases are generally final.

Refunds ordinarily will not be issued because a purchaser:

• Changes their mind
• No longer wants or needs the product
• Did not read the product description
• Does not have required or compatible software
• Expected functionality not described in the listing
• Did not use the product
• Expected particular business, resale or financial results
• Does not achieve anticipated revenue, profit, ROI or inventory turnover

Problems We Will Review

Contact us within 14 days of purchase if:

• You were charged more than once for the same transaction
• You received the incorrect product
• The delivered file is corrupted or inaccessible and we cannot provide a working replacement
• The product materially differs from its published description
• A refund or other remedy is required by applicable law

Where practical, we reserve the right to first attempt to correct an access problem, provide a replacement file or otherwise remedy a legitimate technical issue.

Compatibility

CapitalTurn is designed and supported for Microsoft Excel.

Other spreadsheet software—including Google Sheets, Apple Numbers and LibreOffice—is not supported.

Software incompatibility that was clearly disclosed before purchase does not ordinarily qualify for a refund.

Refund Effect

If a refund is granted, the purchaser's license to use the refunded product terminates. The purchaser must discontinue use and delete all copies within their possession or control.

Chargebacks

Buyers are asked to contact us first regarding legitimate billing, delivery or technical problems so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks using available transaction, delivery, download, checkout-consent and correspondence records.

Mandatory Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or waives any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable law.
