What does the Community Manager do at Seglar Studios?

The Community Manager's job is to manage the moderation of the server (its interaction lounges) and to keep the server alive. He's responsible for organising events, with the possibility of cash prizes (robux or products from the shop).

The qualities required for this position are numerous, given that there are two tasks to perform.

For the moderation part, you need to be able to communicate (in good English) with the members. You also need to be discerning and understanding. Just like a real moderator.

For the animation part, you need to be at least a little creative and know a few Roblox games on which to organise parties and so on. You need to know how to entertain people!

What does the Marketing Specialist do at Seglar Studios?

The Marketing Specialist's job is mainly to travel to another server to promote our own.

Of course, this has to be done in accordance with the server's rules, in order to maintain a good image. We only do authorized advertising here.

The qualities required for this job are a good understanding of English (understanding server rules) and good communication skills. You also need to know a little about Discord Tos.
