Deitra Harris is a Social Worker and licensed minister who loves teaching. She received her teaching training through Evangelical Training Association ( E.T.A.) over 20yrs ago to teach in the capacity of Christian Education. She has taught elementary through the adult class over the years during Sunday school, Bible study, and life group. She teaches in way that is easily understood and applicable. She has a passion for young girls and women. With a background in medical as well, she has always enjoyed helping any and every one. She believes that knowledge is the key to unlock so many doors. She whole heartily believes the scripture Hosea 4:6a My people are destroyed for a lack of knowledge. As well as Maya Angelou’s quote, “Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better. When she is not working as a Social Worker or teaching in church, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her 2 adult children and busy raising her teenage daughter.
