Everything here is digital

All products are digital files delivered by download. Nothing is shipped physically. This includes the artwork — the originals are drawn by hand, but what you purchase is a digital file, not the physical drawing.

You'll receive a receipt by email containing a link to your download page immediately after payment is processed.

Two kinds of product

This store sells two different things, and they carry different terms.

Tools — spreadsheet workbooks, templates, checklists, calculators and similar working documents.

Art — high-resolution scans of original hand-drawn work, made in pen or pencil and signed by me.

Where a term below applies to only one kind, it says so.

TOOLS

What they are, and are not. The workbooks, templates and calculators sold here are structures. They provide layout, hierarchy and calculation logic for bills of quantities, cost estimates, checklists and related documents.

They do not contain rates, prices, or cost data. You supply your own figures based on your own market, your own suppliers, and your own professional judgement.

Any output produced using these products is your work and your responsibility. I make no representation that a figure produced using one of these tools is accurate, appropriate, competitive, or fit for any particular project. Verify your own numbers before relying on them.

No professional advice. Nothing sold or published here constitutes professional, engineering, legal or financial advice, and no professional relationship is created by your purchase. These are working tools, not a substitute for your own expertise or your own review process.

Tools licence. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product.

You may:

• Use it on your own projects, commercial or otherwise
• Modify it to suit your work
• Use it within the organisation you work for

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense or give away the file, modified or unmodified
• Share it publicly or upload it anywhere others can download it
• Package it into another product for sale
• Claim authorship of the original template

Software. The workbooks require Microsoft Excel. They may open in other spreadsheet software, but formulas, formatting and linked calculations are not guaranteed to behave correctly outside Excel, and I can't support that. Download the free sample and test it first if you're unsure.

ART

What you're buying. A digital file — a high-resolution scan of an original hand-drawn work. The physical original stays with me and is not for sale unless separately agreed in writing.

Copyright stays with me. Buying a file does not transfer copyright. I remain the author and copyright holder of every piece sold here.

Art licence — personal use. Unless a listing explicitly states otherwise, you receive a licence for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may:

• Print it for your own home or workspace
• Use it as a personal wallpaper, screen background or similar
• Print as many copies as you want for your own use

You may not:

• Sell prints, reproductions or merchandise made from it
• Use it in any commercial product, advertising, branding or logo
• Redistribute or share the file, in whole or in part
• Upload it to print-on-demand, stock, NFT or similar platforms
• Modify it and present the result as your own work
• Remove or crop out the signature

On colour and print. Screens and printers differ. Colour, contrast and paper stock will change how a piece looks in print, and I can't guarantee any particular printed result. File dimensions and resolution are stated on each listing — check them against your intended print size before buying.

TERMS THAT APPLY TO EVERYTHING

Refunds. Because these are digital files that can't be returned once downloaded, all sales are final.

Exceptions, at my discretion:

• The file is corrupted, incomplete or won't open, and I can't resolve it
• You were charged more than once for the same product
• The product is materially different from what the listing described

Refunds will not be issued because you changed your mind, bought the wrong item, don't have software that opens the file, or would prefer different features. Check the listing — and the free sample where one exists — before you buy.

Availability and changes. Products, prices and this page may change at any time without notice. Changes don't apply retroactively — what you bought is what you keep.

Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss, damage, cost or claim arising from the use of, or inability to use, any product sold here. This includes but is not limited to errors in estimates, lost bids, project losses, lost profit, and lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Payment and delivery. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers through Payhip. I never see or store your card details. Your use of this store is also subject to Payhip's own terms and to the terms of whichever payment provider handles your transaction.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
