Gerald “Gabe” Gabriel
Founder & CEO, Semper Tech Systems LLC
Gerald “Gabe” Gabriel is the Founder and CEO of Semper Tech Systems LLC and a retired U.S. Coast Guard Chief Electrician’s Mate with more than 20 years of military service.
Throughout his career, Gabe worked extensively with electrical, mechanical, control, and power-generation systems aboard ships, boats, and shore facilities. His experience includes troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance, electrical safety, motor controls, generators, equipment diagnostics, and the training of technical personnel.
After retiring from the Coast Guard, Gabe continued expanding his technical knowledge through formal education and industry certifications. His qualifications include Level III Infrared Thermography certification through Infraspection Institute, EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification, Texas Registered HVAC Technician credentials, and a Texas Apprentice Electrician license, along with additional training in inspection, maintenance, and technical systems.
