Bookings:

• Email readings and mini readings will be conducted in order of purchase.
• Please allow 3-5 business days to receive mini readings in your inbox.
• Please allow 7-10 business days to receive all other readings.

Payments:

• Payment is required at the time of booking a reading/session.
• All Prices are listed in Australian currency and may be subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion.
• Cancelled bookings will receive a refund via the same payment method they used to book.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellations for bookings must be made within 48 hours of purchasing digital readings or 24 hours before a booked session.
• Refunds WILL NOT be granted for completed services, as readings are based on time, energy, and preparation.

Questions:

• All questions must be open-ended, e.g,. What can you see happening with my relationship?
• Please avoid yes/no questions as this limits the guidance that is received.
• No questions around health, pregnancy, or legal matters will be answered.
• Readings will only be conducted for the person who has made the booking. I DO NOT read specifically into third-party energies. e.g., I will not tell you what is happening for someone other than yourself.

Confidentiality:

• All information shared will remain confidential.
• We will never share your personal details or session content with third parties, except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability:
