This Small Commercial Business License is an End User License Agreement (EULA) between you (the purchaser/end user) and Seren Creative Studio. By downloading or using any digital product ("Licensed Products"), you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Who This License Covers

• This license is for one individual. You may use the licensed products on any of your own devices.
• If additional people (employees, household members, etc.) wish to use the designs, they must each purchase their own license.
• This license is for small commercial use, defined as businesses with an annual gross revenue of £15,000 or less.
• The license is valid for life and applies to all your purchases, freebies, and downloads from Seren Creative Studio.

2. What's Allowed Under This License

You may create:

• 500 personal projects.
• 500 physical end products for sale (T-shirts, mugs, cards, stickers, packaging, etc.), made solely by you.

This includes design categories such as:

• Physical Products
• Stickers

3. What’s Not Allowed

• NO third-party manufacturing or outsourcing: You may not send any graphic, even modified, to outside companies for printing (e.g., sublimation transfers, UVDTF, or POD).
• NO digital resale or redistribution: You may not resell designs, graphics, or elements in digital format — standalone or part of a new product (e.g., logos, clipart packs, SVG bundles).
• NO logo or branding use: Our graphics may not be used in commercial logos or registered branding.
• NO modification for redistribution: You cannot recolor, extract elements, or otherwise alter the designs to create new ones for resale or sharing.
• NO uploading or sharing high-resolution files anywhere (including Facebook groups, file-sharing sites, or cloud drives).

I employ someone to do regular sweeps of Facebook, websites and Etsy and anyone found copying, replicating or imitating my work (or any part there of) will have their website membership revoked and will be removed and blocked from the Facebook Group(s).

4. Print-on-Demand & Transfers

• Print-on-Demand (POD) services are not permitted under this license.
• You may not send files to a third party to print physical products for you, including iron-ons, sublimation sheets, or transfers, without prior agreement from Seren Creative Studio.

5. Digital Products & Text Use

• Digital end products (e.g., printable art, website graphics, digital planners) are not allowed.
• Original poems, verses, and quotes included in designs are licensed only with that specific design and may not be used elsewhere.

6. Watermarking & File Security

• Please watermark any mockups or images you post online to help protect both your business and mine.
• Free watermark overlays are available in my shop.

7. Copyright & Trademarks

• I take care to avoid copyright or trademark violations, but the end user is responsible for ensuring no infringements occur before selling or printing.
• Always check relevant databases before producing and selling items using licensed designs.
