About Me
Ada Malave is a Transformational Life and Grief Coach, Author, Yoga Instructor, and speaker. She is committed to helping individuals transform their lives by rebuilding their confidence especially following grief and loss. She was born in Puerto Rico and is currently residing there helping others.
She holds a BA in Sociology/Psychology and has dedicated over 38 years to public service, finding it so fulfilling that upon retirement, she pursued a career as a life coach to keep assisting others.
She is passionate about guiding individuals to discover motivation, build confidence, uncover their purpose, find inspiration, and engage in introspection to realize their potential and true selves.
She has created a distinctive coaching approach that encourages individuals to connect deeply with their emotions. This method helps them acknowledge their losses and transitions, build trust, and practice relaxation through effective breathing techniques, meditation, and visualization exercises. These practices aim to enhance their future perspectives and identify what may be hindering their progress.

Her personal experiences with loss have equipped her to assist others in accepting, altering, or transforming their lives. In addition to being a Certified Hatha Yoga and Face Yoga instructor, she is a Transformational leader, a certified NLP Practitioner, and an Ordained Minister authorized to officiate weddings, funerals, and baptisms.
As a Yoga instructor, she understands that everyone has a unique body with its limitations.
Therefore, when demonstrating asana poses, she is always mindful of the extent to which an individual can stretch themselves.
She has devoted her life to assisting others, consistently enrolling in courses to advance her personal growth. She sees herself as in harmony with others and is deeply spiritual.
