Hi, I’m Jim Stephens, MSN, RN, EMT-P — a retired healthcare professional, disaster responder, veteran, and preparedness educator with decades of experience in emergency medicine, disaster operations, public health, and emergency management. My goal is to create practical, easy-to-understand resources that help everyday people become more prepared, more self-reliant, and better equipped to care for themselves and their families during emergencies and disasters.
