I’m Shaherbanu, the creator of the Introduction to British Sign Language (BSL) curriculum. I built this course to help individuals and organisations learn the foundations of BSL in a clear, structured, and accessible way.

My aim is to make communication more inclusive and to provide a beginner‑friendly resource that supports confidence, understanding, and practical use of sign language. This curriculum is designed for anyone who wants to learn BSL from scratch or deliver BSL training within their organisation.
