Although my given name is Jennifer Perfect, I write as Lilith Morrigan, a name that reflects my connection to the divine feminine, transformation, and rebirth, and the deeper nature of my healing and creative work.

For over twenty years, I have supported others on their healing and spiritual paths, drawing on a broad range of experience including Clinical Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression, Akashic Records, Chakra and Aura Healing, Inner Child Healing, Shamanic Energy Work, Dowsing, meditation, and HypnoBirthing. Throughout this time, my focus has remained the same: helping people reconnect with their inner wisdom and inner strength.

After years of facilitating Sacred Women’s Circles, I saw how much time and energy it takes to create circles that are meaningful, well-structured, and easy to lead. This led to the creation of the Shakti Sacred Circles Leaders Handbooks, where the planning is already done. Each circle is designed to be practical, clear, and ready to use, so facilitators can focus on holding space rather than creating content.

I now share my experience primarily through writing, supporting women who feel called to guide others, awaken Shakti energy, and lead circles with confidence, compassion, and authenticity.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: everything you need is already within you. My role is to help you remember that.
