REFUND POLICY

Shams Civils provides digital educational products including previous-year question compilations, PYQ analysis, revision resources and practice material.

Because our products are digital downloads that become available immediately after successful purchase, refunds are generally not available once the purchased files have been accessed or downloaded.

WHEN WE MAY REVIEW A REFUND REQUEST

A genuine refund or resolution request may be reviewed in cases such as:

• Duplicate payment for the same product

• Payment completed but the purchased files cannot be accessed

• Corrupted or unusable download files

• Incorrect product delivered because of a technical error

• Another genuine payment or delivery issue that cannot reasonably be resolved

If you experience a technical or payment-related problem, please contact Shams Civils with your purchase details so that the issue can be reviewed.

REFUNDS ARE GENERALLY NOT PROVIDED WHEN

• The buyer changes their mind after purchase

• The buyer no longer wants or needs the material

• The buyer does not use the purchased material

• The buyer's personal preparation plan changes

• An examination date, schedule or personal circumstance changes

• The buyer expected content that was not stated in the product description

• The purchased files have already been downloaded and are functioning correctly
