2. PROHIBITED USE
Shams Civils materials must not be:

• Re-uploaded to websites, drives or file-sharing platforms
• Shared in public or private Telegram / WhatsApp groups
• Distributed commercially or non-commercially to multiple users
• Republished under another name
• Copied into another paid study product
• Used for commercial coaching material without permission
• Modified and resold as original material
Unauthorized redistribution may result in removal from the Shams Civils purchaser community and other appropriate action where applicable.
3. PYQs AND ORIGINAL MATERIAL
Some Shams Civils products contain previous-year examination questions from relevant competitive examinations.
Where applicable, the material distinguishes between:
Genuine PYQs – previous examination questions
PYQ-derived analysis – trends, classifications and conclusions developed from those papers
Original practice / model questions – questions created by Shams Civils for preparation purposes.
Shams Civils does not claim ownership over official examination questions themselves.
Our original analysis, explanations, classifications, designs, revision material and practice content remain Shams Civils intellectual material.
4. ACCURACY
Shams Civils makes reasonable efforts to prepare accurate and useful educational material.
However, competitive examination information can change over time, including:
• Examination schedules
• Syllabus
• Eligibility requirements
• Government schemes
• Rankings and statistics
• Laws and notifications
• Current-affairs information
• Official answer keys
Candidates should always verify important examination information from APSC or the relevant official authority.
If you notice a genuine error in Shams Civils material, please report it so that it can be reviewed.
5. EXAMINATION RESULTS
Purchasing or using Shams Civils material does not guarantee
• Selection
• Qualification
• Any particular score
• Rank
• Employment
Examination performance depends on multiple factors including preparation, revision, practice and examination conditions.
6. DIGITAL DELIVERY
Purchased digital products are generally made available immediately after successful payment through the Payhip download page and/or purchase email.
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to their purchase information.
7. PRIVATE BUYER COMMUNITY
Eligible purchasers may receive access to the Shams Civils | Premium Circle or other private buyer communities.
Private joining links must not be publicly shared.
Access may be removed where there is evidence of unauthorized redistribution, abuse or misuse of purchased material.
8. REFUNDS
Digital-product purchases are governed by the separate Shams Civils Refund Policy.
Because digital products become accessible immediately after purchase, refunds are generally not available after successful access or download except for genuine technical, duplicate-payment or delivery-related issues that are reviewed individually.
9. PRODUCT UPDATES
Shams Civils may update, correct or improve digital products from time to time.
Where practical, important corrections or updates may be communicated through the download page, buyer community or other Shams Civils channels.
Future updates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in the product description.
10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
