Digital Delivery and Customer Responsibility

READY Series products are delivered electronically.

A digital product is considered delivered when the purchaser is provided access to the purchased file through the download or delivery method associated with the order.

Customers are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used for the purchase and for using reasonably compatible devices, software, internet connections, and PDF-reading applications.

Customers are encouraged to retain a securely stored copy of successfully downloaded materials for their personal use.

Technical problems, download limitations, replacement access, refunds, credits, and similar delivery matters are governed primarily by the separately posted Refund Policy.
