I do NOT do refunds, these are digital products and I cannot confirm if someone deletes a file.

My models are handmade, and take hours to days of work. Purchasing them means you are agreeing to respecting my TOS, and understand if you break any rules you can and will be blacklisted.

My products may not be redistributed to any other website/person.

This includes but not limited to:

• Purchasing and re-uploading to illegal websites.
• Giving ANY files to someone who does not own the asset legally (Substance painter files, textures, Fbx, unity packages)
• Uploading files to another user's account who does not own the asset.

Do not use any of my assets in anything related to: Homophobia/Racism/Ableism/Politics/Hate speech

This includes but not limited to:

• Textures based off of Racist flags
• Adding assets that promote any hate speech
• Using any asset in a avatar made to mock Disabled people/ LGBTQ+ /POC

You may use assets in public models given there is proper credit when sharing.

You may edit my assets as much as you want, as long as you still credit.

(Credit can simply be sharing that I created the asset, It is optional to put it somewhere on the avatar but appreciated if done.)

"Kitbashing" is ok, but do NOT sell it without knowing that the person you are selling it to owns the Asset

This means do not put it on websites, if people are buying it without you checking they legally own the asset this is considered redistributing.

Do not use my assets to promote Zoophilia or Pedophillia

I should not have to specify what this means.

If I learn you broke my TOS, I have the right to blacklist you from purchasing from me again.

If I learn you upload models to illegal websites, you will be blacklisted.

If you don't upload, but you still download stolen files without proper purchasing, you will be blacklisted

If I learn you Rip models directly from the game, you will be blacklisted.

I also will not keep your illegal activities private. If I know who you are and you are redistributing models, I can and may share your username with others to give them opportunity to blacklist you.
