With over 28 years of combined experience—24 grounded in life experience and beauty industry mastery, and the last several years shaped by professional coaching certifications—Sharmine's journey has been one of divine transformation.
For more than two decades, she worked behind the chair as a hairstylist and makeup artist, helping women embrace their physical beauty. But what began as a cosmetic transformation often evolved into heart-deep conversations. Clients trusted her not just with their appearance but with their stories, pain, and questions. What she didn’t know at the time was that God was quietly preparing her for a greater calling.
As she transitioned into custom wig-making, her influence deepened. Women came to her not just for wigs, but for wisdom. Then life ushered her through a season of deep trials, tragedies, and storms that shook her foundation but also revealed her true strength. Through that refining fire, Sharmine rose renewed, with clarity and conviction.
At the prompting of her coach, Stephanie Rodnez of Godlywood Girl, Sharmine answered the call to become a certified life coach. Though hesitant at first, within two months, she was enrolled and fully immersed in personal and professional transformation.
She is now a Certified Faith-based Personal Development Coach with advanced credentials in Mindset, Forgiveness, Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavioral Techniques (REBT), Inner Child Work, Somatic Work, Trauma 1,2,&3 Work, and Emotional Intelligence. Sharmine is a lifelong learner and spiritual seeker who continually sharpens her skills to serve her clients with excellence.
As of September 2025 she became a Graduate from the school of The Called Coach Institute, where she is further strengthening her Christ-centered approach to coaching by becoming a Certified Christian Life Transformation Coach. She is also a proud graduate of the prestigious Elementum Coaching Institute, where she studied under world-renowned Master Coaches Alexi Panos, Preston Smiles, Christine Hassler, and Stefanos Sifandos.
Her journey includes graduating with distinction from the Kingdom School of Ministry under the esteemed global leadership of Dr. Cindy Trimm Tomlinson. As a devoted mentee and protégée of Dr. Cindy T Tomlinson, Sharmine has fully embraced what it means to lead with God—anchoring her life and leadership in love, excellence, virtue, knowledge, temperance, patience, godliness, kindness, and integrity.
She understands that the path may not always be easy, but it is one that brings liberation, elevation, and purpose—not just to her own life, but to the lives of those she is called to serve.
What Sharmine once believed was her purpose—helping women see their beauty externally—was merely the beginning. Now, her God-given mission is to guide women and men to the revelation that there is beauty even in broken pieces. While chaos can cloud our vision, God is always working—removing what no longer serves us, restoring what was lost, and revealing the divine beauty that was always within.
