Sometimes through betrayal and infidelity.

Sometimes through narcissistic abuse or emotional manipulation.

Sometimes through childhood relationships where love, safety, or emotional attunement felt uncertain, inconsistent, or conditional.

Most of the people who find me have spent a long time trying to make sense of things in their head.

Replaying conversations.

Questioning themselves.

Comparing themselves to others.

Trying to understand what was real, what happened, why they still feel affected, or why they can't simply "let it go".

And often, despite all the insight, their body still feels stuck in survival mode.

Still carrying the relationship long after part of them knows it should be over by now.

That's the part I work with.

I primarily work with women who have been through relationships that left them confused, diminished, and quietly unlike who they used to be, and I welcome clients of all genders.

Betrayal. Invisible harm. The slow loss of themselves.

I know this territory from the inside.

And I know what becomes possible on the other side of it.

As a BACP Accredited Counsellor, Certified Narcissistic Abuse Specialist™, and Brainspotting Practitioner, my work is trauma-informed and body-based, helping to process trauma at the level it is actually held — in the body, the nervous system, and the protective parts of us that learned how to survive difficult relationships.

This work is not about becoming a different person.

Through bespoke Brainspotting therapy intensives and my Relational Trauma Healing Companion — No Longer a Ghost in Your Own Life® — I walk alongside those as they find their way back to their luminous selves.
