1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Precision Software grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Software for your personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any copyright notice) of the developer.

3. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights, is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Precision Software.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, PRECISION SOFTWARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Precision Software makes no warranty that the Software will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, be error-free, or that any data entered into the local database will not be lost or corrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL [YOUR NAME OR BUSINESS NAME] BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA OR OTHER INFORMATION, FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR LOSS OF PRIVACY) ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF [YOUR NAME OR BUSINESS NAME] HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. User Responsibility & Safety

You acknowledge that the Software is a digital tracking utility intended purely for informational and organizational purposes regarding personal grooming preferences. The Software does not provide medical, health, or safety advice. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of physical grooming products (such as razors and blades).

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut United States without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to This Agreement

Precision Software reserves the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
