My name is Shay Elle and I am the founder of Shay Elle Fitness. I decided to become a fitness enthusiast having spent years being that person who wanted desperately to lose weight and feel good about themselves. I want to use my skills, experience, and my own journey to help others.
I care about my supporters and there’s nothing more important to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them confident, strong, and overall happy. I want to help you discover the benefits of fitness that have helped me become the person I am today and I want to help guide you on your journey every step of the way.
I definitely understand that life can be hectic and it’s often tough to find the time to work out. I have been there myself, and I’ve made every excuse under the sun. I love helping my supporters make healthier eating choices and showing them nutritious and tasty meals they can make in minutes.
My goal is to have the most positive impact that I can on the lives of the people that I come in contact with, by helping them become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves.
