Certified Weight Loss Specialist, wellness motivator, and creator of Jump Into Joy.


I’m passionate about helping women reconnect with their power through movement, mindset, and daily self-love. After my own transformation journey, mentally, physically, and spiritually, I realized joy isn’t something we find. It’s something we build, one small step (or jump) at a time.


That’s why I created Jump Into Joy, a space where fitness meets grace, where we focus on progress over perfection, and where every woman is reminded that she is worthy of showing up for herself. No pressure. No shame. Just movement, mindset, and motivation made simple.
