I'm Cyndi. A registered Counsellor with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I created this space to help women who feel anxious, overwhelmed and stuck in their thoughts find peace through God's word.
I know what it's like to feel consumed by overthinking, worry and how hard it can be to quiet the mind.
Through scripture journaling and daily reflection, I've found a way to renew my mind, draw closer to God and incorporate Psychotherapy techniques into my walk with God, which has given me real peace- and I want the same for you!
This journal is a simple starting point to help you slow down, refocus and invite God into your thoughts each day.
