• You may not be able to refund any kind of product, It does not matter if it is a commission, an avatar, asset and or texture. they are digital products, meaning you cannot REFUND. The only time that it is able to be refundable is if I SAY SO, Meaning if i say i need to refund due to certain reasons.
• Taking anything off my avatar: Asset, Textures, Poses, and or anything without buying the things that are on the avatar is strictly PROHIBITED. It is against every creators TOS too. If I have made the product and or texture etc, ASK PERMISSION. Do not take it off yourself and claim it,
• Claiming any form of my products is NOT ALLOWED, If you take and resale them as yours will get you blacklisted and banned from my server. Nothing I make is for yours to claim. SO DONT DO IT.
• Making my avatars public is NOT ALLOWED, that is a form of leaking means it can get you blacklisted and banned. We do not condone that. SO dont do it seriously.
• Ripping, Leaking and or sharing my avatar files is an ultimate blacklist dont do it, it isnt okay, Thats against my TOS, and I will possibly take legal action if i have too.
• Joining and grabbing freebie avi codes then leaving is not allowed either so dont do it, applies to booster avatars too.
• You can edit my avatars, just make sure they are recognizable. You cannot resculpt my heads/Bodies that i have already sculpted, That is AGAINST my TOS.

Anything new maybe added, so these are the simplist of rules, I can and WILL take legal actions if i may.
