Download Access

• After purchase, you will receive a download link to your product.
• Please download your files within 5 days of purchase.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to download and securely store files.

Refunds & Returns

• Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
• Please ensure you have the proper software (such as Canva/Canva Pro, as stated in the product listing) before purchasing.

Usage & Licensing

• You may use our templates, graphics, and resources for personal or commercial use (resale allowed as long as you modify/redesign the product into your own creation).
• Redistribution, sharing, or offering our original files for free is strictly prohibited.

Note: We cannot provide troubleshooting for third-party software (e.g., Canva, Payhip, etc.).
