Hello I’m Maria also known as Chef Ria.  As you can guess Ria is a nick name. I earned the Chef title after I completed culinary school. Oddly enough before the program completed, I knew I would never work as a traditional Chef. I would have to find something else to do with my new found title. My passion is to help others live their best lives as simply as possible. It is my goal to educate and bring clarity to food and cooking. It’s my prayer that these next few pages will give you some guidance into getting in and out of the kitchen quickly. While writing from my point of view these tips are universal, anyone can use them.
