Asset TOS:

Please carefully review the following Terms of Service ("TOS") before using Shroom's assets.

By utilizing the Assets, you agree to adhere to these TOS. If you do not accept any part of these TOS, you are not authorized to use the Assets.

Redistribution

Redistributing the Assets as standalone items is strictly prohibited.

Permitted Usage

You are permitted to utilize the Assets on FINISHED avatars: Free avatars, Nitro avatars, Public avatars, Commercial avatars, and Personal avatars

Editing and Profit

It is prohibited to edit, modify, alter, use the Assets as a base for your creation or resell. This item is not made to be redistributed. 

Ownership and Attribution

You are prohibited from asserting ownership over the Assets or presenting them as your original creation.

Crediting Requirement

For every instance of asset usage, you are required to provide credit to [Your Name] in the format of "[Asset Name] - Shroom_Chan - [Link to asset directly or at least my store]." This credit must be clearly visible and readily accessible in association with the avatar containing the Assets.

Termination

Shroom retains the right to terminate or suspend access to the Assets at its sole discretion, without notice or liability, if found a violation of these TOS.

Modifications

Shroom reserves the right to modify or replace these TOS at any time. Continued use of the Assets after any such changes indicates your consent to such modifications.

Model TOS :

Please read these Terms of Service ("TOS") carefully before accessing or using Shroom's models.

By accessing or using the Models, you agree to be bound by these TOS. If you do not agree with any part of these TOS, you may not access or use the Models.

Redistribution

You are not permitted to redistribute, share, or otherwise distribute the Models to any third party.

Editing for Profit

You are not allowed to modify or edit the Models for the purpose of generating profit or commercial gain without explicit written permission from Shroom. (This includes V-Tubing.)

Personal Use

You are allowed to modify or edit the Models for personal use only. 

Asset Mining and Removal

You are prohibited from extracting, mining, or removing assets from the Models for your own use.

Ownership and Attribution

You may not claim ownership of the Models or any part thereof.

Uploading and Sharing

You are only allowed to upload the Models to private.

Cloning of Avatars

You may not clone avatars or otherwise distribute them without permission.

Termination

Shroom reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Models at its sole discretion, without notice or liability, if found to a breach of these TOS.

Modifications

Shroom reserves the right to modify or replace these TOS at any time. Continued use of the Models after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
