Following a successful checkout, use the download page and receipt link to access your purchase. Keep your receipt and order reference. If the email is missing, check spam and then use the store contact page for assistance.

Support and delivery problems

Contact Shruti through https://payhip.com/ShrutiSells/contact with your order reference, product name, version and a description of the problem. For software issues, include your operating system, runtime version and a small synthetic example. Do not send passwords, API secrets, bank information or real customer data.

If the supplied files are missing, corrupt or materially different from the listing, Shruti will review the report and offer a correction, replacement or appropriate resolution. Support covers the delivered package and its advertised scope. Custom integrations, consulting, indefinite updates and a guaranteed response time are not included. Any resolution is subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules.

Usage and compatibility

A purchase grants the usage rights in the included license; it does not transfer copyright or automatically allow redistribution or resale. Third-party components retain their own license notices.

Use software tools on reviewed test data before applying them to real work. Testing is limited to the environments described in each listing.
