YHi, I’m Lena — a shuffle dance instructor, content creator, and former engineer who decided to completely change her life in her late 30s and follow what truly made her feel alive.

A few years ago, I was working a “safe” career path, but deep inside I knew I wanted more creativity, freedom, movement, and passion in my life. So I started over from zero — with no dance background — and built a whole new world around dance, community, content creation, and inspiration.

Today I teach Shuffle Dance, create viral content, and help people reconnect to themselves through movement, courage, and self-expression.
