This here is just a simple rundown of the TOS I have set up for my stores.

• You are able to understand that most models are NSFW and using said models in public spaces can lead to bans/reports of your account.

I am not responsible for bans/reports associated with using my models in public spaces.

• My models will be kept in service for about a year past release.

This means that I will update it to function properly with VRChat updates until the date I've set.

• I am not responsible for any of my avatars breaking due to the changes that you do to the model.

I will be here to help, but I will not go out of my way to fix what you've done.

• You may not under any circumstances take any assets/textures off my models unless I've stated so in the description of the model for that explicit item that you can.

• You may not upload this model to public, any models that you have purchased should only be uploaded for private usage.

Along with this, even though it's common sense, you cannot claim my creations as your own.

• You may not upload a model to someone else's account unless you state that the model was gifted in the checkout area.

You CAN give it to someone to upload for you or convert it to Quest.

• None of my models are refundable unless we have a conversation in DM's where we settle something.

• You are free to use my models in any type of media, I just ask that you credit me somehow!

• If during the checkout you deliberately avoid filling out the information correctly you do not own the usage rights to the model, even if you've bought it.

Fill in your shit correctly, I do not want to see "2174895237589" or just "7" in the VRChat/Discord section of the checkout.

• You must Credit me.

"Silenxce#4917" and then my Gumroad, Jinxxy or Payhip.

• All of my assets can be used for free, public, personal, nitro & commercial unless stated otherwise.

• If you're using one of my more paid assets, the model cannot be cheaper than the asset.

Example: The asset is $10? The avatar can't be under $10 unless we discuss in DMs.

• All of my assets are non-refundable.

• You may not give out my assets unless they are on a completed model.

• If during the checkout you deliberately avoid filling out the information correctly you do not own the usage rights to the asset, even if you've bought it.

Fill in your shit correctly, I do not want to see "2174895237589" or just "7" in the VRChat/Discord section of the checkout.



By purchasing my assets/models you acknowledge and agree to my TOS listed above.

You agree to the above and you also understand that breaking the TOS can lead to consequences in the future.

• You must have a basic understanding of Blender/Unity to use my assets.

I will not be there to hold your hand along the way on how to use my products that you have purchased.
