♡ By purchasing or using any of my avatars, you agree to these terms. ♡

♡ These terms apply to both free and paid avatars. ♡

♡ Breaking any of these rules may result in a blacklist, loss of access, or ♡

removal from my Discord and store.

Age Requirement (18+)

♡ You must be 18 years or older to purchase or use my avatars. ♡

♡ If I find out you are a minor, you will be blacklisted and removed from ♡

all related servers and communities.

♡ This is for everyone’s safety and to keep my community age appropriate. ♡

Knowledge Requirement

♡ You must have basic knowledge of Unity before purchasing my avatars. ♡

♡ I do not offer beginner tutorials or setup assistance unless stated otherwise. ♡

♡ Please make sure you know how to properly import, manage, and ♡

upload VRChat avatars.

Do Not Share, Leak, or Redistribute

♡ You are not allowed to share, trade, or leak my avatars, unity packages, or files. ♡

♡ Each purchase is for personal use only — one person, one copy. ♡

♡ Sharing with friends, partners, or servers counts as redistribution ♡

♡ If any any of my models are found in public worlds please report it ♡

No Reuse / Copying

♡ Do not use or take any parts, textures, or models from my avatars for your own creations or uploads. ♡

♡ Do not copy my Unity settings, materials, shaders, or toggles. ♡

♡ Reusing my avatars in other uploads or for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. ♡

Edits & Uploads

♡ You may make light personal edits (small tweaks, recolors, clothing swaps) ♡

to my avatars for yourself only.

♡ The avatar must still look like my original model — no heavy ♡

editing, redesigning, or remodels.

♡ No head or body swapping of my avatars onto other avatars, ♡

whether for personal or commercial use.

♡ Uploads must remain private and linked only to your account. ♡

♡ If it is found that you are uploading the avatars to multiple accounts, it ♡ will be investigated and may result in loss of all store and Discord access.

Gifting Policy

♡ If you gift one of my avatars, you must list the receiver’s correct ♡ information (their username or email).

♡ If the gifted person is blacklisted or banned, the gifter will also lose ♡ access to my store and server.

♡ Gifting without correct information or trying to bypass blacklist ♡ restrictions is not allowed.

Refunds

♡ Due to the digital nature of my avatars, no refunds are provided. ♡

♡ Please make sure you understand what you’re buying before purchasing. ♡

♡ My avatars are not for commercial use unless explicitly stated or approved by me. ♡

♡ This includes streaming, resale, or commissions using my avatars. ♡

♡ If commissions are open, please check my Discord for current availability and details. ♡

♡ By purchasing, you agree to all terms listed above. Violating these terms will result in a permanent ♡ blacklist loss of access to my store, and potential DMCA actions.
