Because all the products are purely digital, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds.
Once a digital file is delivered, there is no way for me to verify whether the content has been used or deleted.
I highly encourage you to read the character descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Absolutely!
You can find your exclusive discount codes posted directly in our dedicated Discord server.
