I spend my time inside real workflows: finance, projects, operations, the day-to-day grind of getting things done. My background is in finance and business transformation, but the thinking isn’t limited to one function the same principle applies whether you’re closing the books, running a project, or just trying to claw back time in your week.

Everything here has been built, used, and tested on real work before I ever published it. If it doesn’t hold up under an actual deadline, it doesn’t get published. No theory. No fluff.
