About Me

Hi, I’m Simone, I’m a qualified counsellor and the founder of Simone Bell Counselling.


I work with people who look like they’re coping on the outside but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or exhausted on the inside.


The kind of anxiety that doesn’t always look like panic, it shows up as overthinking, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and constantly holding it all together.


My work is rooted in compassion, nervous-system awareness, and the belief that you don’t need to “fix” yourself to deserve support.


Many of the resources you’ll find here were created because I always meeting people who said, “I thought it was just me.”


Alongside 1:1 counselling, I create practical, digital tools to help you understand what’s really going on beneath the surface and take small steps back to yourself... at your own pace.
