Through my own healing journey, I discovered that gluten, dairy (cow), and refined sugar are some of the most common culprits when it comes to inflammation and gut disruption. That’s why the recipes in this book are free from these ingredients, with the occasional exception of carefully chosen cheeses. My goal is to offer nourishing meals that are as gentle on your system as they are satisfying to your taste buds.
