Project Compatibility

Unless otherwise specified, all projects available in this store are designed for use with cutting machines that accommodate materials up to 12 inches (30 cm) and support templates in SVG or SilhouetteStudio formats. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their equipment is compatible with these specifications and that they know how to properly operate it before use.

Commercial Use Policy

Customers who purchase one of my digital projects are allowed to sell the physical product they create using that digital project. However, proper credit must be given to my original design. This can be done by mentioning "Designed by Simplystella Miniatures" in your product listing or social media post. Including a link to my website or shop is highly appreciated. You may not resell, share, distribute, or give the digital files to anyone else. The designs remain the property of SimplyStella Miniatures.

Payment & Delivery

All payments are processed securely through Payhip and PayPal. Files are delivered digitally immediately after payment is confirmed. Please make sure your payment method and email address are correct before completing your order.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, non-refundable or exchangeable.

We cannot offer refunds once files have been downloaded.

If you have purchased a product by mistake, don't download the product(s) and immediately contact me.

Delivery of Goods

If you do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact me with your transaction/payment details and I'll ensure your product is delivered as soon as possibile.

Limitation of Liability / Disclaimer

Files are provided “as-is.” I make every effort to ensure they work with compatible cutting machines and software, but I'm not responsible if a file doesn’t work with your specific equipment, software version, or setup. Customers are responsible for knowing how to operate their cutting machines.
