Hi, I’m Joyce! I was born in DRC, grew up in France, and today I live in the UK. 

My background shaped my view on the importance of food, drink and social Gathering as for me drinks and food serve as bridges that connect ideas, peoples and cultures together. 

I have always loved creating recipes that blend African and European influences to make every sip or bite feel unique and with Vedi Delices, my food and drink business (focused on canapés and creative mocktails), I strive to ensure that every creation is as bold, stylish, and fun as the cocktails.
