I never set out to write a book.
What I did long for — quietly and persistently — was a sense of something deeper. Not more information, not more noise, but something that could help me feel closer to the part of me that had always been there beneath it all.
In moments of stillness, I kept returning to a line from the Chandogya Upanishad — an ancient text that felt both vast and intimate. Tat Tvam Asi. That Thou Art. Something about it struck a chord. Not in the mind, but in the heart.
What began as a personal practice — journaling my own reflections alongside these teachings — slowly started to take shape. A kind of whisper grew louder, and I realised this wasn’t just for me. Maybe others were longing too. Longing for a quieter voice. A simpler truth. A way back to themselves.
And so Sacred Reflections was born.
It’s not a book of answers, and it’s not about being spiritual in a certain way. It’s just a companion — a space for you to pause, reflect, and remember. A soft landing, a quiet nudge, a mirror you can return to again and again.
Every copy I send is wrapped with love and intention. I think of it less as a product and more as an offering — from one seeker to another.
Thank you for being here.
