Please note that variations due to the nature of hand dyed yarns are not considered defects.

Hand-Dyed Yarn Characteristics & Processing

As each skein is individually hand-dyed, it is important to understand that natural variations are part of the artisanal process and are not considered defects:

- Color variations between skeins, even within the same dye lot, are inherent to the hand-dyeing process and should be expected

- Colors shown on computer screens, tablets, or mobile devices may differ from the actual yarn color due to variations in display settings and screen calibration

- One knot per skein is considered acceptable in the yarn industry and is not a defect

- Slight variations in color intensity, tonal shifts, and unique color patterning are characteristic features of hand-dyed yarn and contribute to its unique, artisanal nature

- Some bleeding of color can occur.

For projects requiring multiple skeins, we recommend alternating skeins every few rows to achieve the most harmonious blend of colors. While we strive for consistency, each skein is a unique piece of handcrafted art, and these natural variations are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Our yarns are dyed and processed in a smoke-free, cat-friendly home. Cats are not in close contact with our yarns. Buyers with a severe allergy to cats may want to reconsider their purchase.
