Digital Products (Ebooks)

All digital products are delivered electronically and are made available immediately after purchase.

Because digital files:

• Are delivered instantly
• Cannot be returned
• Cannot be revoked once accessed
• Cannot be verified as unused after delivery

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered for digital products under any circumstances.

Delivery of a digital product is considered complete once the download link is provided or the file becomes accessible to the purchaser, regardless of whether the file is downloaded or opened.

Please ensure you are purchasing the correct product before completing your order.

Physical Products (Paperbacks)

All paperback books are printed to order and produced specifically for each customer. These items are not mass-stocked and are fulfilled directly through an international print partner.

Due to:

• Custom, made-to-order production
• High printing costs
• International shipping expenses

Paperback orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once an order has been placed.

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
• Preference, expectations, or change of mind
• Delays caused by carriers or customs processing

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If a physical book arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage or error

At our discretion, we may offer a replacement for verified manufacturing or fulfillment errors. Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for products delivered in accordance with this policy.

Unauthorized chargebacks for delivered digital products or correctly fulfilled physical orders may be disputed with the payment processor using delivery records, download access logs, and this published refund policy.
