SketchSets - Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SketchSets. By accessing, browsing, or purchasing digital products from the SketchSets marketplace (hosted on Payhip), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making any purchase, as they govern your use of our products and services.

1. Products and Licensing

The products available on SketchSets—including but not limited to graphics packs, asset packs, templates, presets, and other digital content—are created either by SketchSets or by approved third-party sellers.

Each product is sold under specific licensing terms. The license type (for example, personal or commercial) will be indicated on the product page or in the product description. By purchasing a product, you are granted a license, not ownership of the files.

• A personal license allows you to use the product for non-commercial purposes only. This means you can use the product in personal projects where no monetary gain is expected.
• You may not distribute, resell, sublicense, or share the product files, whether modified or unmodified.
• A commercial license allows you to use the product in for-profit or business projects, such as client work, social media content, commercial campaigns, or other monetized content, subject to the terms listed on the product page.
• Even with a commercial license, you may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the product as a standalone item, or in a way that competes with SketchSets or the original seller.
• Modifying the product does not give you ownership of the original assets or the right to sell them as your own product.

Some products may include additional license terms or restrictions (for example, usage caps, attribution requirements, or limitations on print-on-demand). In those cases, the license details on the product page or license file will control.

2. Payments and Refunds

All transactions on SketchSets are processed securely by Payhip. By purchasing a product, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final once the digital files have been delivered or downloaded.

Because our products are digital and accessible immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for downloaded products. Please review the product description, previews, and license type carefully before completing your purchase.

If you experience issues with downloading your files, access to your purchase, or believe there has been an error with your order, you may contact us using the contact information provided on the site. We’ll do our best to help resolve technical or delivery issues.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All products sold on SketchSets are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Ownership of each product remains with SketchSets and/or the original seller who created the content.

When you purchase a product on SketchSets, you are purchasing a license to use the product under the terms described in this agreement and on the product page. You are not purchasing the copyright or any ownership in the original files.

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Claim any product (in original or modified form) as your own original asset or creation.
• Resell, redistribute, share, or transfer the product files to others, except as allowed under the specific license for that product.
• Use products in any way that violates the license terms, SketchSets’ guidelines, or applicable laws.

All sellers on SketchSets are required to submit original work and are prohibited from uploading infringing content or assets based on unlicensed intellectual property (such as copyrighted characters, logos, or brands). If you believe a product violates your IP rights, please contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Any breach of these terms may result in termination of your access to SketchSets, removal of licenses, and/or legal action, where applicable.

4. Product Delivery

All products sold through SketchSets are delivered digitally. Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive:

• A download link on the confirmation page, and/or
• A download link sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information, including your email address, is accurate and up to date so that delivery can be completed smoothly.

If you do not receive your download link, or you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us so we can assist you.

Once the product has been downloaded, it is considered delivered. Due to the nature of digital goods, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges after delivery. We strongly recommend backing up your files to secure storage to prevent loss.

If you created or used a Payhip account at the time of purchase, you may also be able to access your downloads through your account dashboard.

5. Liability

SketchSets does not make any guarantees that the products available on the marketplace will meet your specific needs, be compatible with your software or hardware, or be completely error-free. All products are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

You are responsible for verifying that:

• Your device and software are compatible with the file formats provided, and
• The product fits your intended use before purchasing.

SketchSets will not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any product,
• Any performance issues caused by your hardware, software, or misuse of the files, or
• Any loss of data resulting from your failure to properly back up your purchases.

Where local law does not allow certain limitations, those limitations may not apply to you, but SketchSets’ liability will remain limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Modifications to Terms

SketchSets reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or store page and will take effect immediately upon posting unless stated otherwise.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the SketchSets marketplace, including accessing, browsing, or purchasing products, after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
