About Me
Hello! My name is Antonia and I’m a knitwear designer living on the beautiful coast of southern Italy.
Growing up my grandma took care of me most of the time. She was a talented seamstress who also excelled at knitting, crocheting, cooking, baking and every other craft you can think of! But still, none of her three children inherited her crafty genes.
She taught me how to sew buttons on fabric at a very young age and I remember that to keep me quiet and entertained while she was working, she used to give me old handkerchiefs and a biscuit tin full of colorful buttons and I would spend hours and hours choosing the prettiest ones and sewing them on the handkerchiefs until there was no more space left!
Later on she taught me how to crochet and knit but, growing up, I didn’t really have time to practice those skills. So, it wasn’t until five or six years ago that I fell in love one more time with yarn…and I’ve been loving it ever since!
