• No refunds/chargebacks on any of my digital purchased packages.
• You MUST fill out the required fields during checkout including your current Discord USERNAME not display name + Vrchat name. DO NOT provide false information. Otherwise license key will be invalid and you will be blocked from future purchases.
• My models are not to be shared when you purchase nor are you allowed to make any of my models public. If you choose to break this rule, you will get reported for NSFW models on your account to VRChat.
• If you have been gifted a model by me or have won a giveaway of mine, you are NOT allowed to share with anyone else or gift it to someone else when it is intended for you.
• My models are not allowed on any other platform other than VRChat.
• Absolutely NO leaking, sharing, redistributing, price splitting or trading is allowed.
• This also means you are NOT allowed to give my packages to anyone else to convert or do any kind of edits! Do not do this. Ever.
• No heavy edits of my models are allowed, IF you wish to heavily edit and reuse, make a ticket in my server first to let me know what you plan to do with my model.
• You are never allowed to use my personal head/body sculpts. If you would like to talk about possibly using my edits, you may message me.
• If you are using my model for streaming please give proper credits to me and direct them to my store page. This also includes using any of my models for social media content such as TikTok, Instagram, etc...
• I am not reliable to fix anything on my model that you edited/added.
• Do not claim/resell as your own, edits included.
• Do not take assets off any of my models(asset mine), instead, support the original asset owners.

Breaking any of these rules can result in being publicly blacklisted, store/server banned, and/or having your license revoked from my store.
