1.You can use any of my assets on Public, Nitro, Paid and Free models.
2.My assets can be used on commissions as long as both parties own the asset.
3.You must credit my assets by hyperlinking back to the asset used. Ex; Punk Kitty by pumpkin
4.If you are banned from my discord you are banned from my shop. Once you are banned you can not use any of the assets you have gotten.
5.You can not asset mine my assets from a creators model. You must buy my assets from me to have the correct license.
6.Do not resell my assets in anyway, this includes; edits, re-rigs, re colors, etc.
7.Do not price split my assets. If you are found doing so you will be perma banned from my shop.
8.My assets can be used to stream in just please link to my shop somewhere.
9.My assets are for vrchat ONLY they can not be used for yandere simulator, FFIV, Sims 4 or anything other then vrchat.
10.You can edit my assets including heavy edits or simple edits as long as you credit me I do not care.
11.You can not run my assets through AI if you do so you will be banned from my shop. I do not care what YOUR stance is on AI mine is it sucks don't run my shit through it.
●My stuff can not be used for; age regression, loli, shota, or any child like models for sale.

1.Models can only be uploaded to one persons account. Do not give files to your friends or leak them doing so will result in you being banned from my shop.
2.Uploading models onto someone else's account in which they do not own the model is leaking. Doing so will result in being banned from my shop.
3.I do not do uploads however if you want the quest versions of my models or the PC versions you can find them in my world.
4.You can edit my models however you like just please if it is a heavy edit still credit me for the base
5.You can not take anything off my models to use for your own use.

Do you do uploads?
◌ No however most of my models are uploaded in my world with the quest versions.
Can I edit your assets?
◌YES!! as long as you credit me for the asset and don't re-sell it you are good!
Can I stream with your models/assets?
◌Yes! as long as you credit my shop somewhere
Can I use your assets for a commission?
◌Yes! both parties needs to own the asset to be used properly. If you commission me for a private commission to be used on a commission I will give a discount to the second party that needs to own the asset (commissioner pays full price).
It says my email is blocked/download attempts exceeded?
◌Either you gave me false info or you have been caught leaking/ripping/price splitting/ trading leading to a ban from my shop.
I emailed you about an issue and got no response
◌I do not check my email at all so going to my discord is the fastest way to get a hold of me!
