Smokestakk Sound Supply is operated by Johnnie Banks, an individual seller in Virginia, USA. For orders, downloads, licensing, refunds, or privacy questions, email support@smokestakksoundsupply.com.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

Our sample packs are digital downloads; no physical item is shipped. After successful checkout, Payhip provides a download page and emails a receipt with a download link. Unzip the pack to access the WAV files and documentation. Use software that supports WAV audio. Contact us if your link or files do not work.

SAMPLE LICENSE

Your purchase provides a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to use the samples in original musical productions, including commercial releases, subject to the sample license supplied with the pack. You do not acquire ownership of the source samples. Do not resell, share, redistribute, or repackage the samples as standalone files or in another sample library. Please review the full sample license before purchasing; contact support for a copy or clarification.

REFUNDS

Because these are downloadable digital files, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds after download. Please listen to the previews and check the product details before purchasing. Contact us about duplicate purchases, missing files, corrupted files, or a product that does not match its description. We will help resolve delivery or file problems and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate; duplicate purchases and unresolved defective or missing files are eligible for a refund. Include your order details and a description of the issue. This policy does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law.

PRIVACY

We use the order information available to us through Payhip, such as your email address, purchase details, transaction status, and tax-related location information, to deliver purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, and maintain required business records. If you contact support, we also use the information you include in your message.

Payhip hosts the store and checkout and delivers downloads. PayPal processes payments. We do not receive your full payment-card details. These providers process information under their own privacy notices: https://payhip.com/privacy and https://www.paypal.com/us/legalhub/paypal/privacy-full. Support email is forwarded through Cloudflare to our Gmail business inbox. These providers may process information in other countries.

We do not sell customer personal information or automatically add purchasers to a marketing mailing list. We have not added Google Analytics or a Facebook tracking pixel to this store. Payhip and the payment provider may use their own cookies and technical data for operation, security, and their services; see their notices and any available cookie controls.

We retain order and support records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, address issues, and satisfy accounting or legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold, contact support. Some records may need to be retained where required by law. Requests concerning a provider’s own records can also be directed to that provider.
