Shema Yisrael. Adonai Eloheinu. Adonai echad. It's a familiar prayer to many. It's otherwise known as the "shema".
The many concurring events in our history (i.e. covid19 plague, war in Ukraine, inflation etc) tell us the time of Moshiach is near. The most important thing we can do is prepare our hearts, and minds, and spread Torah.
During catastrophic times (and preferably before), we should also remember that we have certain tools provided by Hashem to empower and help protect us. These ancient tools are actually very advanced. They have yet to be understood by the general public.
As the entire universe was created with the Word (Ruach) of Hashem with the Hebrew alphabet, we have direct access to those same tools to rise above harmful conditions and "change" the trajectory for our families, communities, and the world.
Just as Hashem told Adam to name the animals and take dominion over the creatures and sustain the earth, we are called to do the same. We have yet to do so according to the Instruction.
The last instructions given on Mount Sinai during the first Pesach (Passover) was to 1) humbly repent of our own sins and that of our ancestors (roasted lamb and matzah) 2) follow the 
instructions to live well in the Promised Land (See Torah and the 10 Commandments) and 3) ask for and listen (Shema!) for the Voice of Hashem.
In retrospect, it's the same instructions given to Adam and Chava (Eve) in the Garden of Eden except even more refined. We as a society are out of alignment with the ways of Hashem.
Many of our governments, organizations and individual people within society have implemented ordinances contrary to the laws of nature and that of heaven. There are long term consequences if we don't correct them immediately.
Our actions below (as in here on earth) do impact heaven. We can voluntarily correct (repent) ourselves or it will be forced upon us so as not to further destroy that which is holy.
It has already happened many times before in history. There is evidence of that everywhere.
The 6000 Hebrew calendar is not the first. The planet is billions of years old. It is 5782 which tells us we still have much to learn in this designated era. But we can do it if it becomes our intention.
There were many far more advanced than we are who came before us. They too, thought they were wiser than Hashem and thought they had great ideas but were perverse to the nostrils of heaven. Let us contemplate our ways during Passover end thereafter. Some laws are actually in place to protect us from ourselves. Believe that. Because it is true. History tell us it is so. We just need to remember the lessons.
You make your saving help my shield, and your right hand sustains me; Your help has made me great. You provide a broad path for my feet, so that my ankles do not give way. Psalm 18:35-36
"So is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it." Isaiah 55:11
You are my refuge and my shield; I have put my hope in your word. Psalm 119:114
It doesn't take much. But it does require consistency and commitment.
You can scan the 72 Names of God (right to left) during your daily meditation. Pray for your family, community, the world as well as your own personal well being.
Just ask Hashem for help. Don't tell Him what to do or how to do it. That's not your domain.
Ana B'Koach prayer. Play it (recite) daily.
A few committed people with the right intention can help raise the consciousness of all humanity. It may help a few. It may help many. But it can certainly help. With the right intention, the intention to tikkun olam, the multitude of blessings that come from it will be written in each one's Book of Life.
Today, if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts as you did at Meribah, in the day at Massah in the wilderness,where your fathers tested and tried Me, though they had seen My work. Psalm 95:7-9
Let's all hearken to Hashem's Voice.
