I was speaking to someone recently about what January 1 meant to them. For many people, the first day of the New Year means new beginnings. For a certain segment of the population, specifically African Americans in the USA, you can find many of them at the altar at midnight December 31 of any given year.
They seek to acknowledge and celebrate the LORD's help, and prayers answered in the Official Emancipation Proclamation declared on January 1, 1863 by Abraham Lincoln. The elders called it "Freedom's Eve" but it became widely known as Watch Night service as it is called even today. The problem is that many youth of this generation don't know anything about it. The oral tradition of sharing this divine celebration is in danger of being lost or forgotten.
It's unfortunate that most youth today don't know why their parents and grand parents attend midnight mass. Perhaps because it was once forbidden to vocalize their desire to be free. Celebrating their long awaited emancipation from slavery was a dream their ancestors kept hidden deep down in their hearts only to be heard cloaked in solemn hymns from arched backs in southern cotton fields and on colorful hidden quilts.
It's like Pesach (Passover) and Rosh Hoshana combined. The Creator of All that is receives all the praise and rightly so.
Let's be honest. We must be aware of the human frailty. Humans are not perfect. The "tools" of discernment must be taught or learned from those wiser than we and/or gained by experience.
Every major breakthrough in history or circumstance in life has and does show us that we must have persistent faith in action. But we are ultimately saved and set free by GOD'S grace. That's the real win.
Therefore, Watch Night Service is not just for African Americans. It's for everyone.
It's for anyone who enjoys his or her freedom or desires freedom. Acknowledging the Source of that freedom, the ultimate Chain Breaker, is the beginning. Take nothing for granted.
"Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers: the snare is broken, and we are escaped." Psalm 124:7
So what's the problem? The problem with any important chapter in history that is not recorded properly is that it (the lesson) could be lost, forgotten, or God forbid repeated. It's also relevant to a whole lot of other freedoms this nation currently takes for granted and shouldn't.
If the corona virus (a.k.a. COVID19) has taught us anything, it's everyone needs prayer. Everyone.
We all now know freedom is not free. Countless people paid the price for the privilege of freedom. Truth be told, it's still a work in progress. Any place in life where you feel constricted is a form of slavery.
By the end of this blog post, every single person reading this article will enter a place of abundance in any 
and every part of life he or she desires. It will continue to unfold in the year ahead. Please read on.
The story of emancipation and the tradition of praising GOD for freedom was first passed along orally (Read story of Moses of Mt. Sinai in Exodus and Harriet Tubman a.k.a Black Moses where ever you can).
By the way, where's that Harriet $20 bill? I need that.

It's not critical theory folks, these are historical facts, and we need to learn and share these beautiful diverse stories that make our societies richer. In fact, they are so special and meaningful I thought now is a good time to write it down for a more "literate" generation.
Though all slaves were invited to leave Egypt in what is now known "the Exodus", more people stayed in Egypt than anyone will say. Similarly, while the Emancipation Proclamation was declared and publicly announced January 1, 1863, a multitude also stayed on plantations out of fear. Most actually left "physically" on June 19, 1865 what is known as Juneteenth.

Upon emancipation, many black folks in America suddenly started to achieve the "American Dream". Many started their own schools, built homes and started businesses.
Know the story of Black Wall Street in Oklahoma? Black people in Oklahoma? Yes!
Many of them were Seminole Indians (the first black cowboys). Seminole Indians were those "who could not be enslaved" thus called the wild ones.
They were Sephardic Jews (Hebrew Latinos from Spain) and Africans (i.e. Moors, Moroccans etc). They migrated from South America (it's a long story via columbus etc) and eventually made it to Florida (and Cuba etc.) as the climate was most similar to African climate and the Iberian Peninsula which allowed planting of food to be self-sustaining. Many of them married and merged with Indigenous People of North America (The Maroons).
The Maroons could not be enslaved. They fought to maintain their freedom and had to do so several times.They were undefeated.
What? Didn't get this in your history class? Me neither. But I think someone's ancestor called this blogger to tell you to WAKE UP for godsake!

But here's the real curve ball. When the newly freed suddenly became unified literate Americans, "haters" saw it and sent a divisive element that has worked to this day.
It's the same trick "they" used on the Jews. They sent the Greeks/Romans! ("they" being greeks, romans, secret societies, freemasons etc)
Yes, the presence of Greek fraternities and sororities soon grew on black college campuses crippling the one element that caused them to grow rapidly as a people. Unity.
Don't be mad. But if you are mad why?
Is it because you love "them greeks"? OR because you know it's true?
Upset? Please let it be righteous anger. That's what breaks the shell of ignorance.
Tell your friends the real Aleph Mem Tav aka AMT or EMT (Alpha and Omega) called and said wake up! Your ancestors would be proud of you.
The Maccabees stopped it (greek freak) for the Jews (See story of Hanukkah). Who will do it for the HBCU's (historically black colleges and universities) in the USA? They love the Greeks! ??? Think about it.
It's not just the HBCU's. All manner of business and education in modern society has fallen into it. Hazing intelligent educated qualified people to bow down and submit to "dead greek gods" or befriend "clickish networks".
How will you make covenant with the true and living GOD and the only One who truly saves and redeems souls during your day of Visitation? Your heart is "full" of idols.
A man/woman can not serve God and an idol. You must renounce the lesser and false one to receive the real One. That's everyone and anyone to which that scenario applies. You know who you are.
Most HBCUs still teach European History as a freshman course curriculum requirement over the true diverse mosaic history of America we are espousing on this blog. Like I said, don't get mad. Get wise.
That first generation did not have or use credit. They saved and purchased items they needed.

Their ancestors owned their own homes and many grandparents left an inheritance for their grand children to attend college. Ask Spike Lee. His grand mama paid cash for his Morehouse college AND film school education at NYU.
Most parents pulling down a six figure salary can't do that today. What?
Like I said. First you might get mad. Where are you? Check it. Set yourself free. Then you'll be rich.
Hey, this new era we're coming into will surely be divided between two groups. Those who chase the dollar and constantly come up short. Then there's the second group, full of sap (faith and wisdom) and letting their dollars make mo' dollars.
It's designed to give you a real opportunity to study TORAH (aka getting to know GOD's Laws in this New Messianic Era (don't worry. you'll believe me soon) unhindered by money woes, lies, and deception. It's also meant for you to spend quality time with your family. So what am I saying?
You either work for your money or your money works for you. That's it.

Aside from the two Tribes of Judah and Benjamin (Jews), many who will read this post are members of the ten lost tribes of Israel. They come from all four corners of the earth. They are the Israelite Diaspora.
"Join them together into one stick so that they will become one in your hand." Ezekiel 37:17
They come from every race of people on the planet earth: African, European Caucasians, Asian, Indigenous People, Latinos etc. Many escaped into exile during the Spanish Inquisition, others kidnapped from Africa etc. They come from the forgotten line of King David via Solomon, Moses etc. Most are completely unaware of their Royal Israeli Hebrew) heritage.
When I say "royal", I mean "divine". Unfortunately many things are happening in society today to get people to voluntarily violate their own genetic blood line by introducing "experimental antigen" products into their systems. It's an interesting chapter in history.
But those people don't know Adonai, but soon will. And you will too. I hope you are thinking.
Many of them even call themselves muslims, christians, catholics, buddhists, atheists, agnostistic etc. But they seek truth. They know there is something missing. They are asking. Seeking. Searching. They are desiring truth.
He will raise a banner for the nations and gather the exiles of Israel; he will assemble the scattered people of Judah from the four quarters of the earth. Isaiah 11:12
They live in China, India, Syria, Puerto Rico, North and South America etc. They were disbursed everywhere. But like a Mother calling for her lost child in a shopping mall, all who are hers will know her Voice and answer back.
I selected an ancient Hebrew prayer entitled, Ana B'Koach to further edify you today. The Ana B'Koach prayer predates the Tower of Babel when everyone spoke one language, served One God and moved as One man. Play it as often as you need. Do so daily if possible for you.
We promise you that we will help you uproot the cause of slavery in every form and every chapter of history (from Egypt to the USA and anywhere else it is or has been). In fact, we have already told you, but it will sink in soon. You're just coming up out of the "Valley of Dry Bones" as foretold in Ezekiel 37.
Ironically, the average American still has not read the Declaration of Independence, the United States Constitution (written for the people and by the people to insure government would not abuse its power, purpose and its people but that people controlled the government.), or its attached amendments known as the Bill of Rights. It will help you see the unconstitutional merit of the current vaccine mandate. Therefore, most people still do not know their rights as an American Citizen or that of whatever Province they reside.
In addition, most people have not read the Old Testament (a.k.a. Tenach) from Genesis to Malachi of the Holy Bible in full. Therefore they are not aware of their divine rights.
Their divine rights cover anything their human rights as a citizen of their current country did not provide. It is also all encompassing as it over-rules the laws of man. See the Ten Laws of God (a.k.a. Ten Commandments) as a general summary.
That said, when the United States Government (for example) attempts to ignore or over rule a person's right to medical or religious exemption from any man made mandate, there is a rumble in the heavenly kingdom. I dare say one can refer to the ten plagues that occurred in Egypt when God told Moses to tell Pharaoh to let His people go under the authority of the Great I AM.
Then there was the utter destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah for the continuous public display of perversions (sexual, political, business, immoral speech, unethical intentions etc). Perversion is anything said or done that twists the truth, goes against the laws of nature and transgresses God's divine laws. Twisted activities had become common and acceptable mass occurrences in society (then and now).
Last is the pagan sacrifice of children to Baal. However we want to justify it, God sees surgical abortion, 
over the counter abortion pills, and vaccinating children without knowing the long term consequences of its efficacy differently than common society today. Their stem cells are used for various kinds of medical and scientific research. But like Abel, their cries go up to the heavenlies as their destinies have been interrupted as has their story in the healing process, discoveries, families of society. But even worse, some of their stem cells are used to create perversions not approved by God or man if fully told.
Even the original Physicians Oath would agree. The Geneva Oath currently being the most popular.
Unfortunately, we have made it about a "woman's right to choose". That's how far gone we are as a society. We don't even see how twisted the logic is. Any woman in her right mind would choose to save a child if she could. It's become a convenient "solution" for a careless people/society.
The discussion of how she got pregnant, and how others treat her or she to herself (physically/mentally/spiritually) before, during, and after sexual relations is a topic few discuss in a mature and intelligent way. She deserves respect. She is empowered to bring light into the world. She just wasn't taught what that means. (See Proverbs 31:10-31)
Remember when you first watched the movie Pretty Woman and thought it was a Cinderella story? Then, when you grew up you realized it was a movie that glorified prostitution?
A natural born woman is a divine portal sent by God to give life. She should be treated like a queen. That too requires wisdom for a new and better education and understanding.
Chapter 12 in the Book of Daniel tells us that society would be callous in its ability to see truth and justice just before the coming of the true Messiah. Some of you will read it for yourself and see. Some of you will not. That too is prophesied.
But if you ask God to help you see and hear the truth, it will come. That's what I did.
Some people will also realize COVID19 and global warming are slow plagues unraveling on earth. Others will see them as unfortunate events that will soon pass. Then return to business/society "as usual".
They will pass eventually. But society and the planet will never be the same. That's not necessarily bad.
Let's review a few areas once thought innocent. Shall we?
Smoking, drinking alcohol, and doing drugs while pregnant can harm an unborn child. It also increases the likelihood of premature birth. We now know that to be true. Martini moms are no longer glamorized.
Smoking causes cancer. Are you still there?
The long term results of using plastic does indeed cause harm to the earth, the environment, animals and humanity. It took awhile but the facts are undeniable.
Fortunately, society and retail stores made the right turn as almost everyone unanimously agreed. Paper bags, reusable bags, and/or no bags at all is best for the environment and thus humanity.
I am not here to judge anyone. I am sharing information for you to consider.
Let's not be so casual about evil. It could also be called ignorance. We are all neighbors on earth.
Let's think long term. Think multi-generational.
Think about what's the highest good and best in the long run for all and not just what "feels" good at the moment. That will mean something to you when you get older. Trust me on that.
There is a good and better way. There is truth. There is a right way that will result in the highest good for humanity and planet earth.
God doesn't brag about sunshine and a fruitful harvest. But just because God is loving and humble, we should not be any less grateful. People take rain for granted until the land is parched and they are thirsty.
Before, we did not know. Now we do.
History, science, GOD, and statistics, all agree that every decision has long term consequences (sowing and reaping a.k.a. cause and effect). Starting now, let's all pray about how to best move forward.
Let's be grateful for every little thing we do have (people and things). Take nothing for granted. That's in our personal lives, businesses and as an overall unified society.
The harvest only comes after the seed is planted. What are you planting now for a rich harvest and better future?
Honestly, I don't always immediately know what that is myself. Only GOD knows.
Prayer is a wise person asking for divine help and guidance beyond options and circumstances he/she can currently see. Isn't that all of us right now?
No specific Name or religion need be mentioned. Just seek the Creator of Heaven and Earth.
"Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise! Praise Him, bless His Name." Psalm 100:4
But before asking for anything, be grateful (daily) for whatever good you already have. Can we at least agree to start there? #Gratitude.
Let's spread a divine virtual #MEETUP at the altar. Meet with millions of others worldwide "at the altar" 
from their living rooms, bedside, church, mountain top, cafe, shul/synagogue, temple or where ever the prayer from your heart is good. Join hands with your friends, loved ones, or your self. All are welcomed.
Let's not just #MeetUP at midnight December 31, but daily. Prayer changes things.
When you don't know what to say, appreciate, or ask, just put on some good music and dance. You simply can not be angry and dance at the same time. True fact!
Don't believe me? Try it.
No dance experience required. In fact, the sillier the better. (See Exhibit A) Nothing fancy. Just a thankful heart and sincere heartfelt daily gratitude to the living Divine Creator of All that is.(See Exhibits B and C )
Angry with your spouse or they with you? Find yourself at a standstill?
Turn on some good music. Put out your hand. Ask for that dance. You just can't dance and stay angry. I challenge you to try it!
I think we just saved someone's marriage. Most importantly, thank GOD all the while. That's the key.
Trust me. I'm telling you what I know. You will too in this New Era.

No matter what happens, trust the Creator of the Universe. It will work out for you if that is where your trust is. Your connection to the One Eternal Almighty GOD is your sword! Remember that. You get connected by opening and reading the Word of God. It's light for your soul. It's a chain breaker.
If it's hard for you to get started, try reading a few chapters from the Book of Psalms daily. Read the entire Book of Psalms over thirty days then repeat.
That's just reading five psalms (tehillim) per day! Then do the same with the Book of Proverbs.
Write your goals. See where it takes you. Start an inner Conversation with the Divine. Connect. It's life changing. I'm giving you pearls of #Wisdom here. Trust. If you can only do a few, do these 10.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. Proverbs 3:5
