In a world that often demands we keep going, she curates spaces (online and offline) where slowing down becomes a way forward by reconnecting you with yourself and with those around you.


She is the founder of Social Rest Collective, a growing community dedicated to normalizing rest and making it a shared, supported experience. Because in doing things together, the power multiplies.
