About Me
Hi, I’m Stef, a mum of two young girls, a teacher of 12 years, and someone who is deeply passionate about helping young people thrive.
Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with children and adolescents across a range of settings. While completing my studies, I also worked as a disability support worker, providing respite care and support to children and their families. This experience gave me valuable insight into the importance of individualised support, connection, and understanding the unique needs of every child.
My background in education has allowed me to work closely with young people through some of the most important stages of their development. I have a particular interest in the neuroscience of the adolescent brain and am continually expanding my knowledge of how brain development influences behaviour, emotions, decision-making, learning, and wellbeing.
As both an educator and a parent, I understand the challenges young people face in today’s world and am passionate about creating supportive environments where they feel understood, capable, and empowered to succeed.
